What did you like the least?
the speed of the lecture; the presentations; the theoretical content of the presentations; the links to the webpages with a lack of familiarity with the topic; a lack of time to share one´s own experience; the content of the topics; introductory words - presentations; the necessity to choose between two topics; not enough time to discuss such big problems;
What was the most positive?
the atmosphere; the training of getting to know oneself; experience with group work; discussing personal experience with the work with the convicts and the accused; the ability to name the problematic areas; group discussions; the collective; the attitude of the participants; the practical part with the graphic demonstration of the activities implemented with clients in the framework of the testings; experience with the work with the convicts; the practical character of the meeting; group exercises; the possibility to share one´s own experience with other participants; practical experience; new experience and information; impulses and experience obtained directly from the trainings; pleaseant dealings of the participants; great people and communication between them; the workshop session; discussing real solutions of situations and active participations in groups; the division into groups; discussion about the practice and the programs in prisons; the various execises;
How can I use the informations?
At the moment nohow, I am a student and I cannot use such information at the moment; I am sure I can use it in my future professional activities; in my studies because I am still a student; in my work with the target group; in understanding the convicts who are under the probation supervision; in practice; I can use it in my work with the youth at risk in Edukos and in general in helping people in life; in my profession - ideas and topics, which were discussed in the workshop; I can especially use the information that I obtained at the workshops; in the context of prevention work which we implement for the youth at local schools; in my school seminar works and in practice; at my work; in the context of individual work with the the convicts; in my thesis
Any other comments, suggestions, ideas for change:
more frequent meetings on similar level - the same problems; the increase in mutual visiblitity through the Council of probation and mediation; the sharing of experience; implement one more meeting - social training focused on alternative punishments in the context of the probation supervision; thank you for the invitation and excelent organisation; more time for discussion and sharing of experience; organise a support group; elaborate a methodological material for the probation and mediation workers which would be focused on individual work with the convicts; real solutions and distribution of programs; practically oriented exercises from the practice; reserve more time for the meeting and so give more space for practical work (practical exercises, model situations, active work with the participants); more work in groups and more analyzing of problems; another similar meeting with a practical training of the methods;
